Paul Winter

Paul Winter is a former President of the Management Consultant's Association (MCA). After holding a number of management and leadership positions in property, venture capital and B2B services, Paul founded and developed the concept and business model of LiveStrategy of which he is now CEO. Paul has the honour of being a visiting professor of strategic management at Oxford Brookes University where he shares his industry insight with budding strategists.

Having learned much from all of these organisations he has concluded that the essentials of great strategy lies in the hearts and minds of the executive leadership group. No doubt, the contemporary analytics represent new areas for leverage. The ultimate goal is to make strategy building and renewing more affordable, more accessible and easier to execute.

Paul has a particular commitment to smaller/mid-size organisations and professional institutions.

Suzanne Hounslow

Suzanne Hounslow is a strategic marketing leader with consulting experience both in-house and as a management consultant for market leading clients including McKinsey & Company, Ministry of Defence and the oil industry. Most recently she has focused on marketing consultancy for SME firms including brand building for a challenger property brand, lead generation for a fin tech organisation, and sustainable business strategy for an asset management firm.A creative and consultative influencer with a demonstrable track record in strategic communication, B2B marketing and business management, and in creating teams to deliver transformative marketing performance. Suzanne has worked client side for over 20 years and has commissioned marketing services from specialist marketing practices to full service agencies, most recently as Marketing and Communication Director for the OCS Group, an outsourced service provider with 97,000 people worldwide and a turnover of £1B. Her passion is helping SMEs to grow through accessing best practice marketing.

Chris Paton

A former Lieutenant Colonel in the Royal Marines, with a wealth of operational experience, Chris' military career included advising the Cabinet Office on Afghan Strategy. He has leveraged this experience and used it to become a consummate strategy consultant with a particular, but universally useful specialty in war gaming techniques to improve performance and resilience. The business synergies from these experiences are boundless. A sharp eye for assessing risk and getting large numbers of people to see the point of doing the right thing at the right time!

Tim Lyle

As Chairman of one of London’s most successful corporate finance firms Tim has experienced over 750 business acquisitions and disposals. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, he moved into a corporate development role with a number of international groups. He has worked with owner-managers, listed and international groups, private equity houses and management teams on buying and selling businesses in sectors such as marketing services, technology, recruitment, food and financial services.

Martin Gammon

Martin's career included a twelve-year period in which he set up, grew and then sold two companies before joining OCS Group where he became Chief Executive Officer - UK & Europe, running a £500m plus business with over 27,000 staff in a very competitive market. He has extensive experience in the business services sector and now brings his insights to support a range of companies in a consulting and non-executive capacity.

Lucy Close

Lucy is a business leader, professional coach and facilitator. She is founder and CEO of Redwood Consulting, one of London's most prominent communications consultancies which she set up 25 years ago. Expert in client management, Lucy is able to maintain stable and long term relationships with clients and is able to guide people through challenging situations with sensitivity and tact.

As a visiting tutor at Cranfield's Praxis Centre she now works on the increasing personal power programme. This is an intense programme where Lucy's background in psychology helps guide delegates through challenging issues to release their true potential.

Andrew Crowley

Andrew Crowley is an experienced board executive with over 25 years in leading European and International Management Consulting and IT Organisations, working with executive boards in developing strategies that clearly reflect the role of technology and its implications on an organisations operating model and its ability to effectively deliver its customer value. Covering topics such as Leadership Development, IT Strategic Planning, Technology choices, Investment and Operating Budgets and Business/IT Organisational design.

Andrew was President of the MCA 2007/08 and initiated the strategy to reposition the organisation to better promote the value and contribution to members and the Management Consulting Industry.
